- Refunds are not guaranteed unless required by law or in exceptional circumstances.

2. Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- Technical Issues Beyond Control
- Service is non-functional due to server outages or errors for more than 72 hours, and customer support cannot resolve the issue.
- Duplicate Payments
- Accidental duplicate transactions confirmed by our payment processor.
- Unauthorized Charges
- Payments processed without your consent.
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind or preference
- Subscription plan dissatisfaction
- Service not being compatible with your device (users are advised to check supported devices before purchase)
- Early termination of subscription by the user
